Paul, the owner operator, is honest, trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable, with loads of INTEGRITY, KINDNESS. and most RESPECTFUL REGARDING CUSTOMER NEEDS, Paul's understanding and sensitivity regarding Customer desires is something from the 50's era because his word is his bond.
They go that extra mile regarding ANY mechanical work/needs you might have. I personally had electrical problems with one car and received prompt service. Being a repeat customer, I likewise had "one diagnostic service test per car" done on two cars that revealed one of the cars needs a head gaskets. Another shop wanted to perform three different diagnostic tests per car to run up the bill (or perhaps because they do not have the expensive equipment that Paul has). Paul used this expensive testing machine that determined if the head gaskets were doing their job and and showed me the findings explaining everything.
