Anne said she was very disappointed. She had to take her vehicle in twice. They put it on the machine to see what needed to be done. After she left the first time, her engine light was still coming on. She took it in a second time, and they did not call her with a quote for the additional work prior to having the work done. She was very disappointed about that.
