Great service
My truck broke down about 30 miles from home, so while waiting for the tow truck I called Ameritech to let them know what to expect. While on the phone they took all the information needed about the problem and when I got there late on a Friday afternoon I was informed that it would be Monday before they could look at it. I fully expected this since it was so late on Friday. Anyway, they found the problem but due to the age of the truck they could not get the bracket that was broken. Since they could not find the bracket the tech worked on it and figured out a way to reroute the belt that the bracket guided. He tested that belt every which way he could and I was given my truck in as good as new condition. The price was not as high as I expected even though the tech had to research and test the rerouting of the belt. I am very happy with Amritech. I have been going to them for a few years now and they have taken very good care of our vehicles.
