Working my car I. Right away
I was on my way to work and noticed a low tire warning I drove to Ameritech and asked Jimmy if they could take a look. He had it pulled in right away and was also able to do do a state inspection. They got me in and out super quick.

I came in for a diagnostics appointment. I was given an accurate diagnostics quote. My appointment was at 1:00 and I did not have to wait long. I believe I received a fair quote for the work that needs to be done.

Always great service
I have been taking my vehicles to Ameritech for over a decade now. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are a local shop who has done honest work for me and my family. I take my vehicles to Ameritech for servicing, tires, inspections etc.

Tire installation
I purchased my own tires and brought them in for a swap out. Service was fast and the pricing to replace the tires and even dispose of the old ones was extremely far, in my opinion.

Oil leak on 2013 ford f150
Brought my truck in when I noticed smoke from oil/fluid burn off when motor warmed up. Never had noticeable fluid leak where truck is parked in my garage. After an estimate of about 4K, I agreed to the work. After truck was brought in, I was called and told I had other leaks around evo boost turbos… I agreed to replace the turbos at another 3k. This work was completed. After I got truck back, I noticed an antifreeze leak on the floor in my garage. I called and took truck back in. I was told the water pump was now bad as well as new leaks in the bottom of my motor. I was not too happy but agreed to fix these issues. I now have truck back to see that it is smoking (even more than at first) from the same spot I first brought my truck in. I have called Jimmy and will take it back in and Hooe this can be resolved without costing me another dime. This was obviously not a good experience but still hope this can be handled so I can put this behind me. I will rate/ comment again after this is over.
