Egregiously Profiled
Located this facility through a referral from the AAA auto service, I expected a more professional experience. Never have I been more insulted. Nick questioned my clothing, employment, and consequently my ability to pay. There were multiple issues with this interaction, that I will be taking up with the State Attorney General's office, but I was told it's a corporate policy to keep a photo copy of my identification. I presented my unexpired drivers license which matched my payment method. When I refused to allow them to keep the copy, I had to wait while they called my credit card company to verify its validity. This level of scrutiny for a $1000 repair was excessive. I have never experienced this at any other Firestone location in Michigan or any other state I've received service.

These Reviews are Fake and this company is BAD!!!
Very POOR service!! They Fixed my Escalade Hybrid Modules, but took them 2 weeks, charged me over $3,000 and threatened to put a Lein on my SUV and Charge a "Storage Fee" for waiting just 2 days to pay, then I had to send it back because the AC and Exhaust stopped working. They again held my SUV for a Week and did Absolutely NOTHING to fix it and just parked my truck in their Rear lot as if it were nothing. I am Extremely Offended and feel Discriminated against. I do NOT Recommend this place to Anyone!!
