I lost brakes on a long trip after just getting them done up north. I showed up as they opened & Bruce was super helpful with a preliminary diagnosis and coffee recommendation. They got my truck in as soon as they could and had the parts by noon. Juan was transparent with parts and labor costs and helped me work through warranty stuff with the previous shop His guys were willing to stay late to get me back on the road same day. I am still on my trip as I’m writing this, everything is working as it should. I am super fortunate to have stumbled into that shop and if I ever need work done in LA county again I’d go out of my way to go back there. I can’t overstate the quality of the people at that shop. They’re good mechanics and good people.
