Over the past 5 months i have spent over 5k on services at all star auto in LP. Last week i had them replace an alternator in my Hyundai, which recently had many repairs done by them. I pick my car up and there was more lights on the dash ive never seen before. the next morning on my way to work i noticed the ac wasnt blowing cold.I called Erin. She said bring it in Monday. I did but she wasnt there. After the owner Wade looked at it he noticed there was a hole in the ac condenser that caused all the refrigerant to leak out. Quoted me $600 to fix!!!!! Ac was working perfectly when i brought the car in for work. The guy told me its because it had been in an accident before, which makes zero sense, since it had been working great all summer long until the day after i get my car back from them. Alternator replacement 2005 Hyundai $675. Its a shame they wont honor the fact that they broke the condenser, because i liked the people there, and would have brought my vehicle back even though they are super expensive.
