I understood I was supposed to receive a call within a few days after I leased my Kona Electric on Mar. 15th. No one called me after a week and so I was the one who called my salesman, Mr. Kim., on Mar. 22nd, asking when someone would call me to bring my car in for the Eckbond Application which I purchased. Ivan A. of the service dept called me same day & said they were so busy & he asked me when I wanted bring my car in. "Tomorrow would be best, I said & gave me an appt for 9 a.m. the next day, Tuesday. He also indicated there were two (2) recalls on my car which they had to upload in the computer.
