Very poor service
This dealership is the most unprofessional, unorganized, careless dealership I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. After loosing paperwork then shredding legal paperwork dealing with a succession and after 5 months of waiting I still do not have a license plate. I have been given excuse after excuse after excuse. Please, please, please do not buy a car at this dealership. It is so not worth the aggravation.

My recall can't be done for 45 days. My car has a blown engine due to the excissive oil comsumption. They dont know what to do. Pushing things back 45 days.
Well we call this fixing the scores. I could not exit without increasing the score. BS What is comments must be present. Is this old Hillbilly town shit.

Recall work
I had a recall alert. I did have to call about the part but very nice in setting up time to be completed. Covid has really put a kink in all service work. They have daily issues too. I think all was handled well through extreme shortages

This was my vehicle’s first maintenance and the rep greeted me immediately and got the information that was needed. The maintenance was completed in a timely manner. Overall, I am very satisfied how everything went. I will definitely bring my Santa Fe back for service.

This is our fourth Hyundai. Great automobile. Sales staff is very friendly. Elham Alshaer was great to work with.

Excellent service!
I did not purchase my Hyundai here, but came here to get my car serviced. It was a wonderful experience. My car was serviced quickly while I waited in the nice outside seating area. And the attendant was so nice and cheerful from the beginning to the end of my visit. He made the whole process of having to do regular car maintenance completely pain free. I will definitely be returning for all of my future car service needs.

Horrible Customer Relations
After 6 months of thoughts and feelings of being mistreated, I write this review. After 18 years of owning a couple of Hyundai Cars, I was treated in the worse way. There is some serious problems with communication with the customers. My phone calls, emails and visits were awful. I just wanted to be told the truth about what was going on. My car was in there for a month and a half, with it sitting on the parking lot as I passed by for weeks without it being touched. I was being told it was being looked at. There was no communication about what was going on. The sad thing is I love the car and brand, but I am left with no where else to go for repairs. The service was great until right before COVID.
I thought about going to an attorney for the expenses I incurred for renting a vehicles during this time, but decided that it wasn’t worth the time and effort. This situation has caused me enough emotional distress. I will let my voice spread the word with the thousands of people I have access to.
I can’t say that I won’t return because All Stars has this city locked down, but it will self destruct with the way customers are treated.

I go 30 miles away just to service my Hyundai! Its absolutely worth it! Hyundai of Baton Rouge does not place their customers first.

2hrs for an oil change
I made an appointment and yet it still took 2 HOURS for an OIL CHANGE. Don’t waste your money buying the oil changes in advance, you tie yourself down to use the dealership for a service you could get somewhere else that would take MAX 30 minutes!
