Honesty and Professionalism
It was simply time for service, oil change, etc. Tom and Robert were friendly and professional. The cost was fair and when I picked up my car, they showed me that I had plenty of brake disc, but that a hose to the turbo was showing signs that it would be going bad within the next year and that I should replace it. Tom quoted me the price for a new one, but told me that he could save me money by finding a used one for me and he will contact me when he comes across it.
