Bad staff don't know what doing
Last time change oil on Toyota Avalon after few days notice was liquing oil.did go back set schedule to look up .they say nothing could see .so did show pictures etc , went back again 2 times they was. Busy and couldn't look so I decide to go some other mechanics and they look and a gaskets on filter and find out when did the oil change not changed the oil filter O rings and I have to pay it again for other people because all American people don't did the job .

Thank you for your business and for letting us know that we didn't meet your expectations. The manager on duty told me that you came in for us to look for an oil leak a few weeks ago. He said we replaced the o-ring, checked the oil level, and ran the car for awhile. After that they rechecked and found no oil leaks. He did also mention that you returned a second time because you still had a leak and that the bays were filled and that we were not able to bring the car back in at that time. I am sorry we were not able to get the car back in a bay to check again. We do warranty our work, however; we do need to be the ones to fix any issues you may have. I can put points in your rewards account that would equal the subtotal of your oil change price. Should you give us another opportunity to service your vehicle, please see me when you stop by.
