Good afternoon, your company did a fine job repairing my car. My only concern was the return of my vehicle. I was told by Amber I would get it by 5:30, then when I called about 6 PM , Amber had left and a young lady said I would get car at 8 PM . Do not recall the exact time sequence however I called again and a gentlemen reiterated I get car by 8PM. I called again after 8 PM and had to leave message. Car finally was delivered about 9:35. I felt very unsure of when I would get car especially because I had a busy weekend coming up and needed to have car. Gentleman who delivered it was very nice. I believe your company needs to have better communication with customers especially if delivery would be at night.
