Unplanned Appointment
Coming off of I95 the other night at rush hour, I discovered that my brakes were not working well -- by the time I got home only a few miles away, there was no brake fluid left in the reservoir. My car was towed at 1:30 A.M. but could not be taken to the dealer so the tow truck driver brought it to All About Automotive. I had a messsage from Scott, the owner, early in the morning telling me what had happened. He pushed to assess my damage quickly and worked hard to get it back to me the next day after replacing the broken and frayed brake lines, cleaning the undercarriage, and other such tasks. All along, he was in touch with me as was Amber, his wonderful office manager. Additionally, Crystal, the office assistant, was sent to pick me up at the rental car place and bring me back to the shop -- another special part of All About Automobile. Not only is Scott's expertise and experience stellar, he is honest and straightforward -- he told me my rear brakes were a bit low but upon learning I may be selling the car soon and knowing the brakes were not dangerous, he advised me not to spend the money now. In summary, I HIGHLY recommend All About Automotive!
