Fast water pump repair!
Last Sunday, my 2014 F150 developed a coolant leak, I had the truck towed to Alex's for repairs. The next morning, I turned over my keys to Tony at the write up desk. By 8:30am, they had diagnosed the issue and by 11:00am, I had my truck back on the road with a new water pump! Unbelievably fast service and done perfectly all at a very fair price! My sincere thanks to the guys at Alex's automotive!
I will be back again!

Fast and Efficient!
This is a superb repair shop! Last Sunday, my 2014 F150 developed a coolant leak due to a failure of my water pump. I had the truck towed to Alex's, on Monday just after 7 am, I went in, wrote up the repairs with Tony and handed him my keys.
By 8:30 am, they contacted me with a diagnosis and approval for repairs. Just after 10:30am on Monday, my truck was fixed perfectly and was back on the road! You can't beat that for cutomer service! Job well done! Thank You!

Honest and thorough!
My car(2013 Chevy Malibu )was acting up and the engine light came on. I took my car there Monday afternoon and had a detailed list by 5:00 pm of everything wrong with it and the option to approve or decline each service! I unfortunately had to decline services at this time due the finances and the amount of thing’s wrong with my car! When I picked it up they took the time to talk with me and answer questions that I had. I had a very good experience with the three gentleman I spoke with! They treated me with respect and honesty! Definitely would recommend them!

I will not go anywhere else!
I have been going to Alex's automotive for several years now. The staff is always friendly and polite. They work hard to get your vehicle repaired so you don't have to be without it any longer then necessary. I have always had a positive result at Alex's Automotive. They have now relocated to Gratiot at 26-1/2 Mile Road. The new locations is much bigger and is very nice. They just make you feel comfortable and I trust them explicitly; and I don't trust easily.

I recommend this business to everyone who wants exceptional service and can trust that they are not being taken advantage of.

alexs automotive on 21 and gratiot is the best!!! had my car in and fixed with multiple repairs within two days- had it looked at right when it was dropped off. they stayed two hours past their time to make sure i had my vehicle up and ready. NO MORE OIL smell i am impressed. they were upfront/ honest/ and very very reasonable. VERY kind and VERY communicative!!! ❤️❤️ i am so very grateful!!!! for sure to recommend!! THANKYOU ALL AGAIN! i work for hungry howies on 21- expect a random pizza delivery on me!! ❤️❤️

drop my car off at 4 am. Done by 1 when I get off work next door. These are some hard working guys and understand thier customers. And use quality parts.

Very good experience, great customer service
Needed the alternator replaced on my '08 Toyota Sequoia. This is not a 40 minute swap it yourself job, though. Called multiple places on Saturday to no avail. Tried Monday at one place only to find out they refused to contact my extended warranty company to cover repairs. Called Alex's and they were more than willing to do so even though they would not be able to finish it that day. Needless to say, they almost finished same day, called the warranty company, and my truck is running great again. THANK YOU ALEX'S!!!!

The best ever!
I was only in town for a quick visit and they got me in and fixed my issue quickly. It would take me two weeks back home to get just an appointment!
