Abraham said he was not given a promise date, but he thought his vehicle would be ready in 3 days. His vehicle was there for 2 weeks. He said he had to call them to get status updates, and they would tell him they would call him back but they did not. They were nice people, but difficult to get in touch with. He has to go back to pick up a part that was supposed to be left on his front seat for him, but it was not there.
