I had a great experience with the neurologist and was so happy to have found her. Now, out of nowhere, this center has stopped carrying my company-provided, private insurance. They sent me a blank email with just an attached pdf to tell me. I worked incredibly hard to not have a gap in my care when I moved cities because my symptoms are too severe to risk it. Now I will have a gap in my medical care that is entirely unplanned and out of my control. This will have intense impacts on many areas of my life. This is uncaring, cold, unprofessional, and driven entirely by greed.
