Doug said he was extremely disappointed with the business. He took his vehicle in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Once, he received his vehicle, he found the dash was still telling him he needed an oil change. He was told that there was a nail in one of the tires, so they didn't rotate any of the tires. He went to another facility to replace the tire and was told there was no nail in his tire. He said he believes they didn't do any of the services, including the oil change and they are very dishonest. In order to do better, they should be more thorough and actually do the services they say they will do. The lady he spoke with over the phone was very pleasant and nice. However, when he arrived at the business, the mechanic was not pleasant at all. They have lost his business forever due to this experience and he wouldn't recommend them.
