The only fraudulent in this situation is the staff your wrote no name of yourself. And service on 12/14/2023 ?? The managers have name ?? Are you sure you not just want my company look bad you are the only person the have no name in the rewiiews who was the owner why you wait so long to write this what was the invoice number ummm can you comeby the shop and talk .like smart person MR BC

I insisted on seeing the box of the new OEM starter and my failed starter. He gave me the original box with my failed starter in it. I examined the box later that day, it clearly said refurbished engine starter OEM part. I was shocked. I went back to the shop couple of days later to talked to the manager again and asked him about the starter, he again said it is brand new OEM, I said why than it says refurbished on the box and why the brand new OEM company would ask the failed part back? I also told him that i called the company that the part was purchased and they confirmed it was refurbished. And asked to get owner's information. He didn't want to give his/her info and also denied to refund my money back since it was a fraudulent charge.
To this day I could not get owner's contact info nor call back from the owner.
Don't expect anything brand new OEM part, from this shop. They're fraudulent!!!
