Amazing service
Today was my second visit to ACR Motor Works, and once again the experience was outstanding. I was greeted right away by the office manager, who was very friendly and helpful. I explained the issue I was having with a possible oil leak, and she immediately made me feel taken care of.

The mechanic was awesome—he quickly identified the problem, showed me that it was something simple. We decided to move forward with an oil change and replacement of the oil filters. While waiting, the office manager went above and beyond—making sure I was comfortable, had coffee, and felt welcome the entire time.

A few minutes later, the owner came by, greeted me warmly, and even remembered me from my last visit. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference.

I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and hospitality shown by the entire team. I would recommend ACR Motor Works without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. Thank you, ACR, for the excellent service!

Excellent experience
When I first arrived at ACR Motor Works, I was greeted with genuine kindness and politeness. The owner came out personally to welcome me, which made me feel valued right away. I also had the opportunity to speak with the mechanic, and both he and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and outstanding service!

I called toni @ acr and explained what i needed done. Thy said thy can have the part sent with in the hr. Bout 30 min later thy called said the part was there. I said id b there asap. Arrived.and told toni could thy also do a lof. Thy replaced the part n did the lof all within a hour and a half plus gave me a nice discount.

Nothing like a shop who honor their word!
Always a good experience working with this shop! Not only did they get my 328i BMW 2008 back up and running. They are knowledgeable on the services they provide. And also in my opinion they have the best prices in town. Highly recommend coming to get your vehicle fixed and or even for simple oil change!

Super bad service
I don’t recommend that place, they don’t know anything about BMW’s. They don’t have a good mechanic, the owner, whose name is Giovanni is irresponsible. My car was there for 4 months and none of my problems were resolved while I had to pay a lot of money. They’re frauds.

Great day at the mechanics?
This was truly a great day at ACR I called my car was accepted in diagnosed fixed and I was able to pick it back up at extremely fair price the same day hours later! Great job to the mechanic!

Their a great company
I've been going too ACR Motorworks for at least 5 years whenever there's a problem with my car let me tell you it's hard to fined a trustworthy company and I found one ACR Motor works they do fantastic work I never had a problem, they always did a great job I was happy and satisfied Everytime when I drove away and I will continue to take my problems to them and the staff is awesome and professional I would recommend my friends and family if you have car problems give them a call ask for Jovonny...Thanks ACR Motor Works

Outstanding Service and Quality Work
