I don't understand what you mean by feces — maybe you should have elaborated more when you declined to get rid of any misunderstandings.
I don't understand the correlation you are inferring between your business and Taco Bell; however, like your business, Taco Bell deserves a review. Unlike yours, though, the location I visited had better customer service, just saying — speaking of your response to my review.

All in all, I understand why you are upset, but please understand that I, Cindy, am here to leave an honest review from my perspective of the situation. You will have both bad and good reviews, and it isn't great customer service to snap back at the bad reviews — it just proves a point, coming from one business owner to another.

This place is definitely not the place you should go to if you need something major replaced or if you wanted to support an honest business.
I had my car towed here in the evening because my ETC light was on. The next day, I was told that there were too many things wrong with my car — that it wouldn't be worth it to fix + it'll cost more than my car's worth.
This made me worry the entire day, but I needed it fix — I decided to tow it elsewhere. Guess what? There was one thing wrong with it, and it was the Electronic Throttle Valve. The new place I towed my car to fixed it for cheap. Now? My car is running smoothly.
Not only did I waste my money to tow my car here and away, but I wasted my time, a day's worth of work. Instead of just outright saying they have too many cars to work on at the moment or that they refused to work on my car, they decided to lie and waste my time.
I would never return or recommend anyone to come here. There's no way the amount I paid for the work at the new place was more than the value of the car due to inflation + chip shortage.
Utterly disappointed.
