So fast and helpful!
They managed to get the part less than a week after being told they could only get it from germany, install it within a matter of hours, do an entire health report on my car, were always honest with what was happening without making excuses, and charged several thousand less than I was expecting (being a foreign car it has always been ridiculously difficult to get parts and work on, not to mention expensive). They shuttled me home and I even left my phone in my car and they brought it to me since I didn't have a way to get back! I couldn't help myself but look through the reviews and the responses to bad reviews are so relatable and honest. I'll be bringing my car back here every time.

Highly unsatisfied
Stopped in to get my a/c fixed they did a very thorough inspection. The told my about many things that needed address and quoted me for the a/c. I picked up the vehicle and the price was $200 more than I was originally quoted. Driving down the road I realized they didn’t fix the problem. I was shocked they didn’t even test it before telling me it was fixed. I took the vehicle back and was told the price had now tripled to fix my vehicle. I told them no way and went to pick the vehicle up again and was asked to pay another charge. They did finally agree not to charge me for the second charge. I will now be looking elsewhere to try and get the work done that they missed during inspection.

We recommended replacing and retesting,the evaporator, which we completed. AC was blowing cold and no other leaks were found after the the first repair on 7/21.

 You came back 2 weeks later with the same complaint which was that the ac was not blowing cold. We discovered that your Compressor had failed.Which we had recommended replacing the first time you were here.

This is a new problem, which is unrelated to the part that was changed. Unfortunately, because we have never replaced your Compressor, we cannot give you one for free.

I get that you're upset, but please try to understand that those parts are completely unrelated and we cannot cover parts we haven't replaced. It's not surprising that other components fail in a 27 year old vehicle, and we're more than willing to help you but I simply cannot cover items we have not replaced. 

The last part is the invoice being more then you were quoted, looking at the history of the ticket you were charged $73 less then the original Estimate.

Bob said he has been very happy until today. He said the staff told him they didn't fix the vehicle 100 percent, he could have his daughter bring it back in, his daughter took the vehicle in today and they told her it had to be 8o'clock in the morning, and that wasn't what they told him - that kind of annoyed him.

Do I have any safety issues with my car?
I took my car in for an analysis of repair work that is needed to continue to drive safely. I was impressed with the report in terms of content and the explanation that was provided.

Audwin said the mechanics were good and very informative. However, he said when he dropped his vehicle off, he asked the business for assistance to be picked up. He said they did not own a shuttle service. He also said their business was too pricey.

Totally great service and wonderful people to work with.
My car had to be towed to Aaron, and every person that I spoke to there were professional, friendly and polite. The job they did on my car was great. They went above & beyond since a long weekend 4th of July was coming up, to get my car back on the road for the holiday. You also get a print out of other things that you may need to replace, and the mechanics there were very willing to talk to me about the repairs. I won't be taking my car any place else if things go wrong it will be back to Aaron Automotive.

Great Service
You can get an oil change anywhere, but getting the added value of service is another thing. Aaron Automotive gives you both. They go above and beyond what they have to do. I can't say enough about the value and service that I receive here. Thank you for all you do.
