Outstanding Service and Genuine Care — Highly Recommend A-Z Auto Repair!
A few days ago, my car started making a troubling grinding noise. I called A-Z Auto Repair and was scheduled for an appointment six days later. However, I was nervous about whether the issue could wait that long, so I drove over to the shop to get a quick opinion.

I’m so glad I did. Gil, the office manager, immediately took my concerns seriously. After checking the issue, he confirmed that it couldn’t wait — delaying the repair could have led to more serious (and costly) problems. What truly stood out was how Gil went above and beyond to prioritize my safety and find the parts needed to fix the issue right away. His genuine concern for both my well-being and the condition of my car was truly commendable.

The entire team at A-Z Auto Repair deserves praise. The shop has such a positive and friendly atmosphere, and it’s clear they care not only about the vehicles they service but also about the people who drive them.

If you’re looking for an auto repair shop you can trust, this is the place to go. They deliver exceptional service with honesty, professionalism, and heart. I highly recommend A-Z Auto Repair to anyone who values top-notch care for their car.

VA Inspection
I normally don’t leave reviews; however, A-Z Auto Repair’s service deserves recognition. After a previous wrongful rejection at another shop, I was a little upset and frustrated. I walked into A-Z Auto Repair and was greeted with a huge smile and welcome. This alone made me feel a little at ease. Mr. Gil then listened to my concern and I was out of there in under an hours time. Above minimum customer service is rare nowadays and I’m truly grateful for Mr. Gil and his team reminding me that there are great gems still out there. I definitely recommend A-Z Auto Repair for your VA inspection needs.

Best inspection
My daughter noticed that the inspection sticker expired in January! A-Z was recommended by them for car repairs so when my daughter called and found out that appointments are accepted, I was over the moon! Since my husband is handicapped it is so convenient to know exactly when the car will be inspected. The staff was very friendly and expert in their work. I highly recommend A-Z. They will certainly have all of my business forever. Thank you!
