Experience
I've used them once before and was very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. This time, upon arriving at my appointed time at 9AM, I was told they would have the diagnostics completed by noon, and I should call if I don't hear from them by 1PM. At 1PM I called to learn they have not even started the diagnostics, but they expect to have the work completed by the end of the day. At the end of the day I had to call again, only to be told that they would have the diagnostics done "in 1 to two hours" (which would have been 8PM). That evening I was hoping to receive their email so I could at least get the work started first thing next morning. I never got the diagnostics until the following morning. So I lost a whole day with my car. I can understand getting backed up, but they should have told me right at the start. I don't know whether the guy I spoke with did not know how backed up they were, but he should have, and he should have been up front with me about that. I will say that the work did finally go smoothly.
