Oil pan was cracked, as it turns out. Diagnosis and repair were done correctly and earlier than promised.

Gold Standard Everytime
Finding an auto repair shop that you trust and can afford is IMPOSSIBLE. But, you don't need to look, just go to AZ. My friends and I have been going for 10+ years and they have ALWAYS been good to us. Good work, good prices, often times discounts or price eliminations for seemingly no reason. My car feels great every time I drive it out of there. And they are so good at communicating and being transparent.

Horribly run business
I've had good experiences with this shop in the past but I will never return after this recent experience. They did not do 8 out of the 9 things I wanted after running into an issue with the tire rotation. Car was there for 9 hours just for an oil change and I was never called with an explination why the 3 different fluid changes, air filter replacement, etc. did not happen. Never going back

Good pricing and Clean car
I got a good number of repairs done on my car just recently. The needed repairs were presented on a easy to understand work order. When I received my car back the interior was also seemingly vacuumed! Also as a AAA member there was a nice discount. Car was repaired in a timely manor as well.

Friendly staff- very competent mechanics
Friendly staff at both locations. The work, not always done in a timely fashion, is done well. Frequently the staff neglect to replace items left in the vehicle (e.g. car jack) necessitating a return visit to retrieve such.

Didn't tell customer that they were closing early.
Dropped car off on Christmas Eve for tire changeover. Didn't tell me that they were closing early nor did I receive call or email that the car was done. Anyway they also forgot to deduct for the AAA discount.
