Extra Room To Wait
My Transmission Service and handwash of my car were done in an excellent time. Many repair ships have a very small area to wait if you are not dropping it off. A+ has a great lobby and plenty of outside area as well. You can also get a carwash-that is a BONUS!

Rude and subpar diagnose
Had the car for diagnostic for a check engine light and there was a misfire on cilindres and they said the spark plugs were stuck which is very strange considering the car has always had all regular service and there is a possibility that they stripped it. Had them also check for a liquid noise and they didn’t even look for it, just say they couldn’t hear it which is weird, than they said they heard it the next day but didn’t have a chance to do the diagnostics. Just paid the diagnostic fee and got my car back and they weren’t even in the lobby Snd I had to wait 5 min, than I called the desk person and he came out rog away Sauk g it had not been 5 minutes. That’s all he had to say.

Great communication and service
They got my Jeep in and out with a new starter quickly and for an affordable price. They stayed around a few minutes after close so I could pick up the vehicle. I will be back when I need more service on my Jeep.

Extra charges clarification
I purchased a oil/filter change through Groupon in November 2020. The first one I used was on another vehicle (identical specs) and two years newer; no extra charges.
Last week I brought in my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport (same oil capacity at 5.07 qt) as the 2018 model. I was not asked if any amount over 5 qts was to be added or not. Since 5.07 is what my 2016 operators manual says, then the difference is so small that the 5 qt service would have been sufficient; especially since my car does not use/burn any noteworthy amount of oil. The amount actually cited on receipt was 5.28 qt ; in excess of what my operators manual states at 5.07qt.
So I was given a final bill of $13.03 for oil and other shop charges, Hazmat, etc. I was not able to stop by in person but hoping that I could get an explanation of the oil capacity discrepancy along with additional charges. The communication up front about all of this would have been helpful. I base this in relation to the other Santa Fe Sport which had no additional charges.
