From the customer service on the phone, to the towing service, to the actual work done on our family cars, A&J Automotive has done a stellar job. We, the customers, are naturally stressed out when we call in about a car problem--especially if we unexpectedly broke down on the road. A&J offers 24/7 roadside assistance. Their tow truck driver helped me calm down on the phone, focus on a solution, and provided helpful information about the process of finding a tow truck driver through my auto insurance company's roadside service. His mechanical skill in towing the car was admirable and reassuring.
The A&J mechanic called me the next day to explain the results of the diagnostic tests run on my car's failed electrical system. He provided an estimate that turned out to be accurate and reasonable for the work actually done, and the work, though extensive, was done efficiently with quality replacement parts. My car works great now!
Last, but not least, the billing and warranty matters were explained well to me by the A&J office administrator (Katelyn?), and the proper charges were made to my account. My family and friends who have done business with A&J before have had great experiences; and this, my first experience with them for my own car, went great as well. No one likes car problems, but A&J is our family's preferred mechanic now. I highly recommend A&J Automotive for all your automotive service needs.
