Incompetent Dealer
I bought a 2018 CRV, and was told on signing that the car had a rebuilt title. No issue there, insurance acquired and was told that the car would require to be taken to a Honda dealer to have the dash sensors turned off after inspection. The car is fine, but I had to call them several times, they did not send my info to the DOL to get my plates, title and registration. They then had to extend my dealer plates because of this. After all that, I had to call them again, them finally telling me that the car had to be brought back to them so that it could be inspected by WA State Patrol before it could receive title and registration. I brought the car in, got a loaner, they told me I could pick my car up next day by noon. Next day, 1:30 rolls around and I had to call them...they then tell me that the car wasn't ready, they were doing diagnostics to ensure there were no issues, but it would be ready by day end. Day end, they call me and tell me they need to keep it overnight so it could be taken to Honda for the dash sensors to be turned off, I can pick it up the next day by end of business. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with a loaner that's 13 years older than the car I bought and its dash sensor just went off. Don't buy from these people. This is awful.
