I will never go to the dealer again
Since 2000 Auto is 3 miles from my home , instead of driving in traffic for 30 minutes and 2000 has a 5star rating , I would be stupid to go anywhere else.

Great service and even better employees!
I know nothing about cars. I wouldn’t know a spark plug problem from a crank case. However I do know how my car runs. I call Carrie at 2000 Auto and I tell her I need help. I then talk to Steve. I take my car in give my keys to Carrie. I come back when it’s finished and talk to Steve. He tells me what he did and I tell him I’m grateful he fixed the problem. So this is what I know.
My car has a problem. I take it to 2000 Auto. Carrie and Steve take care of it. Because they are wonderful and caring I go back. It is not all about the car, but about how I am treated as well.

Well above average in all areas!
Picking up the vehicle was a little unpleasant. Bill was double what I expected.
The surprise was easily more my responsibility than the service writer. The needs of the vehicle were presented 1 at a time, as were the charges for the corrections. I lost track I guess... totally my fault. But, had there been a "total" at the bottom... for everything authorized... it would have been clear from the beginning, with no surprises. I guess it's a recommendation that you try to provide that for all customers. I know I would have appreciated it. As for the future, I'll be back. Good service and good work is hard to find. THANX!

Got and oil change, and your tech did a fast, thorough job. He pointed out a tire problem that I must get fixed soon. Have been taking my cars to 2000 Auto for at least 15 years. Great folk.
