Alex said they were nice but he does not trust automotive repair businesses. He said he does not know vehicles and he was unsure if replacing the catalytic converter solved the problem. His vehicle has the same sound as when he purchased it. They were able to get things done quickly. He plans to take his vehicle elsewhere to have them check the work.
Tom said the business did an exceptional job, they were quick and they made sure to take care of all the extras. They make sure the vehicle is in good running shape before they return it and everything is neat and orderly. The vehicle is always ready when they say it will be.
Charles said the business took five days to diagnose his vehicle. The business didn't fix anything. He said they charged $100 for the diagnostic exam which was too much.
Michael said they were really great at this business, really nice and helpful, but they were short staffed. When she dropped off her vehicle they didn't have anyone to take her home. After she picked up her vehicle she had to return to them because her check engine light came on, and she had to wait about 40 minutes for someone to help her. After she picked up her vehicle for her most recent service, the check light came on again. She doesn't know if she'll return to them again about the issue. She will still recommend them.
Cathy said the people at this business were great to work with. She said sometimes it was hard to get a hold of them when she had a question. She would definitely recommend them to others and she appreciates them.
