. I own an audi q7 diesel and have been burnt by the dealership as well as some independent mechanics and there are not many shops out there (including the dealerships) who know how to work on audis. I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I was traveling through Arizona when my 2017 Hyundai
Accent started having serious problems. I was about 7 hours from home, stranded, stressed out, and really needed to get back on the road.
They were incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. They diagnosed the problems, replaced both catalytic converters, the O2 sensors and manifold, gave the car a tune-up, and had everything finished in LESS THAN 24 HOURS!
They knew I was from out of town and needed to get home, and I truly appreciated how quickly they worked to get me back on the road. My car is running GREAT now, and as an added bonus, the repairs took care of the emissions problem that had caused my car to fail inspection back home in Texas.
It’s hard enough dealing with car trouble, but it’s even worse when you’re far from home and don’t know who you can trust. These guys treated me well, explained what my car needed, charged me a fair price for all the work they did, and got me back on the road quickly.
