a pleasure!
Andrew checked out my new (used) car, changed the battery, didn't fix anything that wasn't broke, and was very patient with the car sitting around while I scrambled to arrange for transfer of title. I've been using New Palumbo's for probably around 30 years, and have always found them reliable and good at what they do. And pleasant! I'm a fan.

Rear Shocks Replacement 2002 Mercedes E320 Sadan
Having a solid, well maintained Mercedes is a tribute to Andrew and staffers at the New Palumbo’s Inc. Prior to replacing my rear shocks , I had the front shocks done earlier in the month. This visit was to replace the rear one which were the originals that can with the car in 2002. Both instillations brought the ride quality back to that new car ride once again. Andrew and staffers completed these repairs as requested and no one is more delighted with the quality, honesty, and price for their knowledge of repair and maintenance. Every visit has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end and of course without any loss of sleep - wondering if it will be fixed on time. I go no where else because all my cars love to go to New Palumbo’s Inc.

I came to see them without an appointment early in the day as I was having car issues as soon as they opened and he took me and finished my car at 500 pm . Very friendly and fixed my car like new . 😊😊😊
