Excellent service with a personal touch!

I highly recommend Ricardo. He was honest, efficient, and completed the work exactly as promised. Wha t impressed me most, however, was his kindness. I had decided to postpone repairing my car's air conditioning, but when I picked up the car, he had fixed it at no charge because he knew how hot the weather had been. Brake caliper on RV

I broke down on the highway halfway between Rome and Cartersville in Georgia. My 30’ Class C RV had t he driver’s side brake caliper stick. My Roadside Assistance contacted PROTRUCK MOBILE SERVICE.
Oleg was prompt, courteous, highly knowledgeable, and brought a level of professionalism that was very welcome and refreshing. As he worked he explained what he was finding. His repair work showed the great deal of pride that he takes in his work.
After the repair was finished he followed me for about 4 miles to make sure all was fine. He pulled up along side and I gave him a thumbs up and continued my journey.
Later he gave me a follow up call as he knew I was traveling to South Carolina.
Personal professionalism like his is rare to find these days.

Went to get snow tires put on. Got in on time and time needed was as estimated. I got shopping done while they worked. They are conveniently located so stores are within walking distance. They marked the summer tires so when they put them on next season I'll be ready to go. Nice having a place to go where service is done as asked and on time. ...more
