Needed basic new cat. converter & O2 sensor installed using my supplied parts
Isaac's crew at Wade's allowed me to put in my own appointment date two days ahead of time, and just
that quick, the job was done. Contrast that with the 'specialty shop devoted to my particular type of classic hotrod hatchback, where I put in a Service Request at the end of October, and on Dec 1, that shop finally got around to saying, "oh, we don't do cat. converter installs." Isaac showed a real interest in my car's other items of concern, and offered sound advice on them. Needless to say, I'll be bringing my classic to Wade's from now on!

This is the BEST service center I have taken my truck to! You get to speak with the owner and the tec
hnicians. The owners wife runs the office. She is very knowledgeable and keeps you in the loop very well. Everything is in the open and transparent. You can listen while they order parts. You can bring your own parts for them to install. You can watch them work on your vehicle. I am never going to take my vehicle anywhere but here from now on.
