Simple oil change plus informed of “ loads of bird seed under the hood!
I truly feel like You Guys take good care of Me… Not just my car. When I was looking at a certain used car.. and I called to ask your opinion about something.. You told me You wish You could check out the car before I bought it. Every time I brought in my beloved old Mini I always felt customer service was as important as servicing the vehicle. It is nice to feel some one actually cares.
I brought them a Jeep Cherokee I bought to be my daughter’s first car , not only did they do what I asked but also did a check on all safety features. They have always gone above and beyond for my family vehicles as well as friends , but this shows they care about more than making money , they care !!! Anyone that takes the minute to read this , I would highly recommend Dana,Ryan and the crew at “the workshop “ .
I took my 2012 Fiat that was having a power draw issue to 3 repair shops. Workshop found and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. They are the absolute BEST
Great service. Workshop diagnosed the problem very quickly and I was very happy with the turn around time on the repair. Great communication and explanations while the car was at the shop. Would recommend the shop and will be back.
Service was so quick. They looked at my car (even though I came in a little late) and had it done by lunch! Granted, there wasn't a bunch wrong but I still appreciate it
The service at The Workshop is exceptional. They always diagnose the problem quickly , even the crazy ones..and explain the repairs clearly.
They are honest and reliable going out of their way to help out. We have two Volkswagens and a Toyota in my family and would not bring them anywhere else.
