Hi Mark,

Thanks for the feedback. We complete a mulit-point inspection on every vehicle. In the future, at the write-up, please indicate that you want to not have the inspection done. This will hopefully eliminate the options and if you want it done, just let the advisor now. We want to work with you and make you a happy customer...always.

Hello Jose,

Thanks for taking the time to complete the review, I do have several spanish speaking employees in the store. Next time you come in we can have a bi-lingual employee assit if needed. I will look into the reason why you didn't get a confirmation email. Usually it may go to spam or may be opted out at some point of that system? The free car wash does come back wet usually; so you have two options, skip the wash or we can dry it by hand. We normally don't, because, there is a drying agent in the water we use so when the car is driven it removes the drops.

I would invite you to return to  clean the areas that we left dirty and address the items that are not working correctly. Let me know what time works best for you Monday - Friday 7-6. Sorry for the condition of the vehicle and components not working.

Great efficient service, friendly people
Stopped in for an oil change. Everything went fine as always. I was in and out in less than a half hour.

Zimbrick Hyundai service the best
I just had my third visit to Zimbrick Hyundai Madison West. The first was an oil change, and the service personnel did a little extra that made a big difference to me and left a great impression. The second two were warranty related and the service and outcome couldn't have been better. Previously, I've felt that dealers are out to get car owners, recommending unneeded service to up the price. I have not felt this was one single bit with Zimbrick. Their top concern is driver safety. I will continue to use them going forward.
