Pleasant Experience!
I knew the vehicle I wanted but it was not yet available at the dealership in my trim and colour.
But I went on a test drive with what was available and confirmed my choice.

Then the negotiations began...I don't like negotiations where it feels like someone (the dealer) holds most of the cards and I have to try win some. However, this is what I liked about the experience:
1. We quickly narrowed down what was negotiable and focused on that.
2. I worked with Julian and Vinh and they were pleasant and also nice to my family
3. Julian returned my calls and looked out for my new car's availability
4. Finance guys were also very responsive and explained stuff well
5. I got a price I am comfortable with (yet I am apprehensive)
6. The gas tank was very full when Libron handed me my car keys
7. I am happy to write this review and look forward to a continued good long car care experience

My mum and I are very pleased with the deal that we made with Northland Kia, we got an almost new sportage X-line limited.
The car was new and clean even a fee concerns that were present Vin and Matt made sure to do as mych as they could to please the customer, even after the deal done they were more than happy to answer to questions and guide us through some steps, so overall I highly recommend working with them you won’t regret it.

Very good customer service!
