Exceptional service.
They were very responsive to questions and needs. Turnaround was quick but detailed.
The rep was “Tori” who a credit to her company in friendliness and making the customer feel like they were important.

Great overall service
Tori was an excellent help with getting me booked and serviced in a timely manner. She also kept me up to date with all the servicing of my vehicle. She was very nice and professional it was a pleasure doing business with her she made it seem effortless bravo to her.

Friendly staff and quality service
Each time I’ve brought my car for service the staff has been friendly and on top of things. The atmosphere of the dealership is happy and pleasant

Wouldn’t take responsibility
Hyundai replaced the engine last year and now there is a crack in the oil pan that I believe was done from over torquing it. They tried every excuse to not fix it. I’m taking it somewhere else where it won’t cost me what they said , $410, to fix it!!

We are sorry you feel this way. Your vehicle hasn't been here for service since then and there was an aftermarket oil filter on your engine which indicates you had your oil changed elsewhere.
