Overall my experience with Hampton Ford Hyundai was very good. My sales person Chu was great. She made the whole car buying/leasing process very enjoyable and easy. She followed up with me in a timely manor to ask how we were enjoying the new vehicle and if we had any concerns. I will definitely be a return customer when my lease is up. Thanks again Chu

All great except one part
Whole purchase was great until we got to the delivery of the check for sales tax. We had 7 days to receive it, bring it to our insurance company so we could register and have it inspected. We bought the car on 8/28. The check was not mailed out until 9/3. Because of Labor Day we did not receive it until late the afternoon of the 7th. Registry closes for plate transfer at 4 pm. I will not have this completed until the 8th or 9th due to RMV taking 1-2 days to process plate transfers. My 7 day will node expired on 9/3. I have a beautiful new car that I have not been able to get registered, insured or inspected. It’s still sitting in my driveway waiting. Soooooooooo sad about this.

Best Sales team on the Seacoast
This is my wife and I's forth time buying/leasing a car through Hampton Hyundai/Ford and our third time having Chu as our salesperson. I wouldn't have it any other way. Chu went above and beyond to make sure that my wife was happy with her new lease in terms of features, color, and price. As soon as the right vehicle became available, Chu grabbed it for us and had us driving away in it later that day. She worked with Joe to ensure that everything was in order before my wife and I drove over an hour to make the deal. Chu and Joe were both very professional, polite, prompt, honest, and made sure that we left very happy in our newly leased Tucson. The lease deal was as negotiated with no hidden fees, charges, or prices increases even given the limited inventory and high turnover of vehicles. We will definitely go back to Chu at Hampton Ford Hyundai for all our future car needs.

Originally looking at used vehicles and my parents went down to Hampton Hyundai while I was at work and the salesperson talked to them about leasing a car which definitely helped my car search go in a better direction! They were very clear about everything and super friendly! Would recommend checking them out!

I’ve been going to Hampton Ford Hyundai for years and am familiar with the personnel there. They have always been so courteous, helpful and welcoming! I’ve never had an issue and even though buying a car can sometimes be tedious and painful it has never been a chore when shopping at Hampton Hyundai! They have the best sales team around, the don’t pressure, are friendly and are so willing to work with you no matter what the situation. Exceptional team!

Great Service / Better Product
I have had great service, but the product was inferior, and poor service that was worth putting up with because the quality of the product was worth it. My Hyundai experience was the better of both worlds. I was under time constraints, and they worked with me to execute the business as quickly as possible. And the product? Fantastic. I drive this car hard, and the fuel economy is still better than promised. The amenities, the sound system, the acceleration are worth twice the price as my buddy in an M3 would verify -ha ha.

Quality people and courteous treatment.
I love working with Mrs. Kwon. She has been instrumental in my returning to Hampton Ford for a third vehicle. Mrs Kwon has been especially important to me because of her knowledge of the Hyundai product and her willingness to talk me through the technical features of the modern vehicle. I probably wouldn't be able to enjoy any of the electronic features if it wasn't for Mrs. Kwon. The entire start to finish process was stress free and went very smoothly.

Good morning Mary, I hope all is well! I truly apologize that you could not rate our dealership with a 5 star experience. I would like to address a couple of the key points that you could not rate us with the highest rating. Did someone contact you after purchase? Chu has stated that she spoke with you multiple times. What could have improved about your vehicle delivery process? Effectiveness of explaining the features. I apologize that we did a poor job explaining the features and benifits of the vehicle. There really is no excuse for not explaining the features well, we will try to improve on that. Under Pricing discussion you stated that we need more rebates. Only Hyundai can improve the rebates. The dealer does not set them but the score will negativly impact us even though we have no say. Inventory improvement falls under the same category. We can not control the inventpry given to us in any way. We apologize that we did not have more selection. Fairness of price paid: I am sorry that you feel that the price was unfair. After reviewing the paperwork it looks like we gave you about $2000 more than market trade in for your vehicle. Why do you feel that the price was unfair? Any help you could give us would only help us to improve the customer experience and we are sincere in being the best. If you could find it in your heart to give us a 5 star rescore we would certainly like an opportunity to earn it.
