Excellent Dealership and Service Department is Top Notch
Hyundai has been a terrific auto maker. I have a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT and I've had nothing but great experiences driving it. My wife bought a 2013 Santa Fe and she enjoys it, too. Ben McCormmick was the salesman for both autos and he was great.

But I really have to give credit to the St. Charles Automotive Service Department. At many repair shops, you have to question the response you're going to get when having your car worked on. Are they going to try and get you to pay for something you don't need? Are they going to make a bunch of small repairs and have the end result be a major expensive repair that seems to keep coming back? The answers to these questions is absolutely not at St. Charles Hyundai.

My wife needed some work done on her car. She needed new brakes. The technician said that she had thousands of miles left on the current set and she didn't need to spend the money for the work right then.

I needed some work on my car and they did the same thing: I didn't need the repair and it could wait.

The team goes above and beyond to make the customer experience the best it can be. Sometimes you'll hear from others who've visited the dealership and they'll say they had problems. I've never heard a bad thing about them. It's so nice to experience that!

Outstanding service, very people friendly
I had a great experience with the Hyundai folks getting oil changed, tires rotated, and new whipers. While it's easy to replace my own whipers, it's cheaper to get the Hyundai brand and have them install!
