My latest visit to Hyundai was no different than EVERY visit. I am always greeted by service employees who not only remember me but also other family members who have their car serviced at the same location. They are always honest about recommending issues coming up that I should have fixed and never pressure me into having work done at this location. I am very happy with Hyundai of St. Augustine all the way around, from the agent I purchased my car from to the service department. Thank you!

Good work, but high prices
I had to leave my vehicle for 4 days since the initial evaluation included having to remove a door panel, which Hyundai didn't want to have to put back on so I could take the vehicle home while I waited for the part....a window regulator.... to be delivered. I got that, it would have meant more labor and I am sure the cost of extra labor would have been passed on. When I called to schedule bringing the car in for repair and asked about having to leave the car for any length of time, service basically said they may or may not have a courtesy car to loan me (I live 25 miles away), and if they didn't, well, I would have had to add the cost of renting a vehicle for 5 days into the cost of repairs. Thank goodness I found a driver who was available to drive to and from the dealership, so that wouldn't happen. I would somewhat reluctantly recommend Hyundai's service department to other Hyundai owners, if the vehicle is still under warrantee and if they could not find an alternative local certified mechanic to make repairs on a vehicle no longer under warrantee.

Recently had an appointment for routine service on our automobile. Arrived about a hour early as we were not planning to wait but simply drop the car off for the scheduled service. They had us quickly checked in and we were on our way. In less than an hour we received a text message that the car was ready to pick up. This is the second time this has happened to us. Certainly no complaints from us from the friendly service staff to the timely service along with a complete report on status of the car. Thank you all.
