I appreciate the no hassle service I get from staff. They’re reasonable recommendations and there’s no shake down to get stuff done all at once. As a consumer on a budget, Hyundai Puente Hills has been respectful and considerate. Thank you!

Fast, friendly service!!!
Fast and friendly. They didn’t try to sell me on too much extra. Serviced in a good amount of time. Free wash was better than it had been in the past.

Recalls
I had multiple recalls open on my vehicle and the gentlemen there not only took my car in early but the estimated 2.5/3 hours that they gave me ended up only being 2 hours. Plus the free car wash was also very appreciated.

Excellent service from start to finish.
I was having troubles with my Hyundai Elantra 2017; the drivers side of the door wouldn’t unlock (until I yanked it like 3 times) and it always looked like I was breaking into my own car. I guess that would make for a good security measure but I would prefer getting into my car ASAP lol.
I had issues for about 3-4 weeks and finally had time to get my car fixed. I went to this specific location and everybody was super helpful. Tino was a superstar. He set the expectations from the start and told me that they would have to order the parts first then I can come back and get it fixed. When they got the latch/part, I made the appointment and expected a long wait. I set the appointment in the morning to get it fixed ASAP and the wait honestly to me wasn’t that long while I was getting the part installed (he said worst case scenario was 2-3 hours, but to me that’s expected since there’s always a line of customers.) I came prepared and brought my laptop. Only thing is the WiFi didn’t work the second time I visited. I wonder why?
But in any case, I can’t thank this place enough for hooking it up. I appreciated the sincere service from all the employees from start to finish.

TL;DR
Free coffee in the waiting area.
WiFi doesn’t work here for some reason :(
Amazing service from all the friendly staff!

Great communication. Not so great service
Only reason I’m going 4 starts are because the service agents are great with communication, kind, and care about you and your vehicle. I wasn’t so happy with the service end, because I had paid to fixed my alignment and a week later I had to bring it back because my car was still pulling to one side.
