Always a Great Experience
This is my second vehicle I have purchased at Loch Lomond Mitsubishi and it won't be the last. The crew is always pleasant and easy to work with. They always go above and beyond. Highly recommend

Purchase made easy
We were in the market for a new vehicle and Sean, Dylan and Heidi made our purchase flawless and we have our new 2025 PHEV that we absolutely enjoy. Sean/Dylan were very knowledgeable with the features associated with our Model. Heidi also made the financing simple and we where on the road in 2 days.

The service was excellent.
You can't beat the Mitsubishi warranty. If you want a reliable vehicle that doesn't cost as much as a house I'd contact their sales department for a few quotes.

the service was excellent
Me and my wife were well received upon our arrival. Our requested test drive were ready. The sales person was very informative and a joy to deal with. one point I will make is how we were not forced in anything. I truely appreciate the integrity.

From the moment I walked in, it was A+++
I drove up to the dealer as I was in the market for a new vehicle.

A sales person approached me (Sean) and introduced himself.

I let him know I was in the market for an electric vehicle or PHEV vehicle.

He educated me on the offerings available and showed me the items available.

I never felt pressured or spoken down too. He took the time to educate me on items I was ignorant about.

I also spoke with the owner of the location. We discussed various items and again....it was genuine....It was a good conversation.

I would recommend anyone to stop in if they are in the market for a new vehicle. I believe they would not be disappointed.
