Hyundai dealership has great sales and service.
I had tire rotation and oil change for a great price with an offer that Hyundai sent me. The car was also washed free. It was fast and they provided me with a report on the status of the tires and filters. What more could you want?

Excellent customer service, but Simonez protection is a ripoff!
Super friendly staff, but was told I had to purchase touch up paint for chips in the hood of my car. This is why I purchased Simonez initially, because I was told this product will safeguard the paint on my vehicle and will be fixed if anything ever happened to it. That was a lie, and I am quite upset. They did not stand behind this product and instead gave me the option of purchasing touch up paint for $19.95. Really????

Routine service done right.
My latest visit was for a prepaid routine scheduled service. It was done quickly and efficiently and I was finished and on my way in less than 90 minutes, including a complimentary car wash.

Professional but a bit pricey.
My encounters with the employees at this facility have been good. I would say they are professional and courteous. Of course, dealerships are notorious for the high prices for oil changes and simple services, which is why I usually get my oil changes at a quick lube service facility. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to return with my vehicle in the future for service covered under the warranty or recall work.
