Hyundai service is the best.
I gave a 5 to whether I would return for my mext service. That is not likely since I live in RI. But if I did live here, I would definitely return. The service is superb both in Newporr RI and St. Augustine Fl.And that is one reason why I will continue to buy a hyundsi.

It is evident the service department technicians do a great job; staff is courteous, surroundings are comfortable and the hand-washing of the car tops it off, I keep getting asked "did you buy a new car, it is so clean and shiny"

Oil change never "fast" but service is comprehensive and reliable
The service is consistent, with an oil change and inspection taking about an hour. I appreciate the complimentary wash and vacuum at the end of service, it makes the wait seem more worth it. I also appreciate the idea that you can get dropped off and picked up at local retail facilities, so you don't have to wait in the lounge. I absolutely hate the chairs in the customer waiting area, they are extremely uncomfortable. The back of the chair is to far from the front, so anyone under 6 feet tall as a minimum winds ups slouching and getting a backache.
The people who work here are always pleasant and professional. Dealership service work is always too high priced, but while my vehicle is under warranty, it's just easier to get the oil changed here, as well as tire rotation and alignment checked. I do trust the mechanics who are providing the service and wish they made a larger percentage of the hourly charge.
