Driver's Seat Soiled by Tech's Dirty Pants
Minimum protocol of using a paper seat protector were not used when my vehicle was serviced.
Stains from a tech's pants are now in several spots on the driver's seat, which is cloth.
Not sure if the spots are grease or what but Hyundai did not seem the least bit concerned
that this had occurred. No apologies. Just a "we'll clean it at your next service". Unacceptable, Hyundai!

Hyundai of St. Augustine has the best service department! Roger is always willing to answers all my questions about my vehicle, he is very knowledgeable, courteous, and always has a smile on his face. I could take my vehicle to a closer dealership but choose St. Augustine Hyundai instead!

Excellent Service, But Was Backed Up
I always find my service visits excellent. However, I had an 8:40 appointment, and the cars were backed up several deep. I think my car was prioritized since I did have an appointment.

They said the detailing would make my car showroom ready. I didn't believe them. When i picked up the car it looked just as great as the day i bought it. Im a beliver and will bring it to for detailing. Worth every penny!

Communication with the service dept is challenging at times
We paid over $600 for 60,000 maintenance and next day drove out of town for vacation and dash lights started coming on and I called and talked with a lady. I asked her to transfer me to Roger and she said he was with another customer and she gave him my message. Roger never called me. I finally called him back and we agreed to let me bring the car back in. We were a little panicking wondering if our car was going to breakdown while out of town
