always get treated like family, in a very respectful manner.
I'm a long time customer. This dealership puts you at ease, because they listen to your concerns, and address any issues professionally. Always treated with courtesy and professionalism. It's refreshing if you have a long history of dealing with other dealerships.
Hyundai of St. Augustine, is what buying and servicing a car should always be.
If you already have a car, you know what I'm saying to be correct. If you are just starting your relationship with them, you'll be very satisfied.
I can't think about going to another dealership and reliving the issues of the past.

This visit made up for the precious two--in one of those I could not be located in the waiting room where I sat in the same seat for 1.5 hours (you have to wonder why--could it have been the language skills of the young woman who finally was able to reach me by calling my cell phone?). The next visit was the result of having to come back for a tire rotation that should have been done on the previous visit (when I could not be located in the waiting room). To make up for the second trip, the service rep texted me & said the tire rotation would be on Hyundai. At the end of that visit, I was presented with a bill (which course I paid) as there was nothing in my file to indicated the tire rotation would be complimentary. I was told I could always go find the service manager & take it up with him. Apparently no one else could be bothered. Impressively bad service. This time things went fine, though slowly, & I was quite relieved to get in & out without insult or incident.

its my hometown Hyundai dealership
wait time in low, was in and out within an hour. Best time to go is first thing in the morning. Also the coffee is great(starbucks brand) and the fresh cookies was awesome too. Very friendly service staff, all was willing to help in any way needed
