Service was good except they were supposed to wash and vacuum the car. They did not vacuum the back seat which was a mess.

Taking care of business
I had my right fender well replaced (my fault). When I brought it in for service a few months later (this week) the fender well had moved and was damaged. Roger checked it out and could not find a reason for this issue. The dealership ate the cost of replacement and made it obvious to me they are about customer satisfaction. Great team of people from the showroom to the service department.

Simple fix
Check engine light came on within days of me purchasing my 2014 elantra GT with 34k miles. As frustrating as this was for me, Bird and his service team eased the tension with quick service and due care in checking for any issues associated with the vehicle. Though this was only a faulty gas cap, the care and time they took with this proved to me that they took their time to diagnose all possible issues. Great job all.

Hyundai of St. Augustine was recommended to me by someone I know and they also raved about the service department. So when after purchasing my car and nearing my first oil change I noticed that the sensor for my front left tire pressure was reading 50 PSI when it should never have reached that high. I called the service department to request an emergency scheduling and the service manager Joe promptly fit me in. He was a blessing and I really appreciated his efforts on my behalf because he helped put my mind at ease. Once at the dealership Service Advisor Roger also showed us excellent customer service from his greeting to our goodbyes. He made sure to answer all of our questions along with a gentleman from the maintenance crew. Overall, we were treated exceptionally and highly recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine.
