Not the most professional dealership
During the financing phase of the new car purchase The business manager misrepresented the terms of the platinum protection plan duration as being 7 years from the date of purchase. Once the papers were presented for signature, the terms were written as 72 months (6 years). After a lengthy discussion, I reluctantly agreed to the 6 years instead of 7. Also, on 6/28 I emailed the salesman Ray Flores a request for some replacement parts that were missing from our new Elantra SEL. Specifically, 3 of the 4 rubber "door overslam bumpers" were missing. I sent in photos of the car and was assured that the parts would be ordered. I received a call on 7/21/21 from the dealership indicating the parts were in. When I visited the parts department a few hours later, I was told that the parts had not arrived and were on order.

According to the owner's manual, a credit card sized NFC card (used to access and start the vehicle) was NOT included with the car. Since the car already had almost 500 miles on it, I assume it was removed the car at some point prior to our possession.

BEST Auto Purchase Experience!!!
I wanted to move to a subcompact SUV from my Honda CR-V and I initially thought of the HR-V, but research with Car and Driver and Consumer Reports steered me to the NUMBER 1 rated subcompact SUV; the HYUNDAI KONA! I can’t tell you how thankful I am for those research results. I absolutely LOVE my new Hyundai Kona!!! BUT, what made my Kona purchase even better...were all my positive encounters with the sales and finance staff!!! They were all so friendly, informative, accommodating, and worked so hard to give me the BEST auto purchase experience I’ve ever had. Thanks for everything, Hyundai team! You have a loyal customer in me!
