Dishonest about coverage of maintenance package. Salesperson tried making side deal. Finance manager and dealership director swept issue under the rug after complaint and rude about answering questions regarding HRs response to complaint. Director refused to give salespersons selling license.

Go to the experienced service writers. They know what they are doing.
Again, experience matters. Don't waste your time go to the seasoned service writers. The young "kids" don't know what they are doing.

keeping my Tiburon a few more years.....
My 2006 Tiburon has about 169,000 miles on it. I've taught 2 kids how to drive in it. Want it to last until at least 200K miles!

Horrible customer service
Very disappointed in the customer service of the service department. You can't tell you client/customer one thing and do another, or nothing for that matter. The client/customer shouldn't have to call to get updated.

Poor customer service and very slow
I just recently got my car serviced here for a problem in my steering wheel. Thank god it was under warranty but when I got my car back. It had a problem that I didn't have. I was not able to open my trunk or gas tank. I was at the gas station and I couldn't open anything. I looked in manual and called was not helpful. I had to go back to dealership and was a big waste of time. They didn't even apologize and I have to say, every time I go to this place, it takes them 15 min to talk to you. You have to stand around and wait when there is no line or people waiting. Very poor customer service. Unfortunately this is the only dealership in my area.

Necessary, but expensive repair
There was an additional repair that needed to be made, but I did not get a quote of how much it will cost. I will tightening my belt for a while. Maybe I cannot afford to be a car driver.

They made sure to resolve all my concerns
I just want to thank Justin and Mr Chan for following up with me regarding my last visit. They made sure to resolve my concerns and prove to me that they really do care about their customers. Justin made sure to follow up with me regarding bringing my car and also having a driver ready for me to take me home while my car was being worked on.He made my experience very pleasant and comfortable he went above and beyond. I really appreciate him making sure that at the end of the day I drove away a happy customer. I will definitely be coming to Hyundai for any service need and will definitely recommend my friends and family to my rep Justin. Thank you once again!!!
