They made sure to resolve all my concerns
I just want to thank Justin and Mr Chan for following up with me regarding my last visit. They made sure to resolve my concerns and prove to me that they really do care about their customers. Justin made sure to follow up with me regarding bringing my car and also having a driver ready for me to take me home while my car was being worked on.He made my experience very pleasant and comfortable he went above and beyond. I really appreciate him making sure that at the end of the day I drove away a happy customer. I will definitely be coming to Hyundai for any service need and will definitely recommend my friends and family to my rep Justin. Thank you once again!!!

Car was not ready on time as promised and they also forgot to wash my car and vacuum even though they put it on the paperwork.
They seem to make a lot of mistakes resulting in the customer having to wait long periods of time.

Justin Gonzales was very professional and thorough in processing my paperwork. Repairs were done in a very timely manner. He kept me updated on the progress of my car. For future car issues I will make sure I request Justin his exceptional follow through made my visit a pleasurable one.

The location is OK.. The Service is very expensive compared to other services that I have used in the past. In my opinion not really a good value

PH Hyundai #1
Since I've been driving Hyundai cars I've only brought my car to PH Hyundai for service. I've purchased two cars from PH Hyundai and it is my dealer for service. I could go another dealer that's closer to my home but I prefer PH. The staff in the Service Department is well knowledgeable and friendly. Javier is the best. While waiting for your car you have everything there for you, nice lounge with a TV, vending machines, complimentary water, coffee, and snacks. It really makes the wait time go by fast.

Went to have my ac checked was ok after it was repaired but a few days later it stopped cooling so took it back service department was very apologetic, they checked and repaired runs great

Not enough Technicians and service advisors. Estimating time of service needs to be better.
Communicating with client on status is very important. Specially if not going to be ready as promised.
